Let STILL take you to a more transparent fleet


STILLReport is a web-based tool providing you around the clock with information to control your fleets simply using any computer with internet access anywhere around the world.

The STILLReport comprises three levels that base on another. Each of the levels provides you with many functions supporting you in planning, operating and controlling your fleet efficiently, clearly facilitating management of your trucks.

Fleet Summary

The fleet summary shows contract data, current inspection status and all details of your fleet e.g. serial numbers and year of construction

Cost Analysis

Select time frames to list cost surveys categorised by financing, full service, maintenance, repair and damage by force. By selecting a specific invoice you can either see all related invoice positions or open the original invoice as pdf.

Maintenance Schedules

The maintenance table provides information about maintenance schedules and details about executed maintenance and safety inspections.

Every executed service for the truck is listed in chronologic order. Some details e.g. running hours, service report number and a summary of the executed work are displayed.

One-Year-Analysis

All services of the past 12 months are displayed on a time line showing the type of service. If you select a specific service icon, you get more detailed information about this service.

Optimization

All data displayed in STILLReport can easily be exported to Excel spreadsheets for further evaluation. We provide all data needed for your individual fleet optimization tasks.
